Our Brickyard Masters program is designed to improve overall fitness, strength, and physical health of our members age 60 and over. No matter your fitness level, age, or history, you will be able to learn and progress with CrossFit movements.

All workouts are scalable to any age and fitness level. Join your like-minded peers with workouts designed just for you.
