Our special Olympic (OLY) weightlifting program focuses on improving the skills and techniques of the Olympic-style lifts and their unique components. These classes include training on the various presses and jerks, as well as ancillary work focused on advanced lifts like Snatch and Clean & Jerk.
OLY classes are programmed and run by Brickyard coaches and Primed Performance coaches who specialize in Olympic lifts. These programs are ideal for those who are ready to develop an advanced skillset and proper mobility when performing these lifts.
Whether you are an experienced lifter or just starting to learn how to properly move a barbell, you will learn, practice, and master the techniques used by Olympic lifters!
