What's Included in the program:
You will start with one-on-one Foundations sessions with a coach to learn the fundamentals of CrossFit. The goal is to quickly get you into classes with tons of support! You'll feel right at home in no time!
Maybe you have tried CrossFit in the past but just couldn't find a good fit or didn't see the results you wanted. At Brickyard, our effective programming and experienced coaching team will ensure that you will feel comfortable and challenged every day!
